Hi Dave, well I have seen some top sunset shot to date but this one, with some sharpening work could sell as a post card pic. What a snap! Well done indeed.

Lovely composition and color. An impressive capture of a beautiful landscape. If I had to make a suggestion..it looks a little out focus. Great job!

Thanks so much, Guillermo. I see what you mean about it being out of focus a wee bit. I guees it's because I shot this on the fly.:) Thanks again. dave

Dave mi amigo;
Absolutely gorgeous sunset, great capture as he is going down to the other side of the earth.
I really love the peacefulness in this photographic composition, although I do agree with Carole in regards to a tad of sharpening on the upper part of the sky and down at the base to the left of the dock posts there is what I perceive to be a slight smudge, which IMO could be cloned out.
Pretty cool that at the top of your yacht is a seagull perching itself as well as the birds around the sun flying by.
Thank you for sharing,
Keep right on experimenting,
Cherie

Thanks, Cherie. It was very peaceful. Not sure what the smudge is, but will check into it. Thanks again, mi amiga. dave

Very nicely composed Dave! I would suggest upping the saturation and contrast a bit more and maybe a touch of sharpening. The little bit of sun still showing makes this for me! Carole
