Absolutely fabulous moment in time that you have captured, Carole(as usual), this is no exception, here I see you have used the rule of thirds with the crop on the maple tree(?), wonderful that each and every leaf stands out, yet ready to fall on the ground...in their vibrant yellows, orangish-brown tones, very nicely done.
Thank you for sharing a memory of yours,
Keep right on experimenting,
Cherie

From my point of view, at a fundamental level, this is a well seen subject. I think the framing is spot on, the colour saturation looks natural, while the whole feel is one of a painting. I wish I'd taken it.

Thank you Stephen, to me that's one of the biggest compliments, when a photographer says that! Carole

Hi Carole:
I really do like nature photos. This kind of shot could be taken by intermediate
or possibly an amateur. Of course, if one shoots a tree in the fall you're going to get a very beautiful photo. If this were a drawing, I would be impressed. This is one of millions of locations to get a nice photo this time of year. Keep shooting because many love these kinds of shots. Thanks for sharing.

Carole... I really feel like you got this one right... it is a truly beautiful study of a great Fall scene. The depth and detail really give this a true feeling of being there, but the real slammer is the fantastic color - In my opinion this would look good on anyones wall - nice work - Rick

It seems to see a beautiful illustration of a page of a book.. about the Autumn..
Or an impressionistic painting.. so delightful.. I am no sure about the steep crop to the right to the branchs.. But it is overall a magical image.. Love the texture and the links to each other of the details.Love the work!
Best regards,marta
