Beautifully done filtered/photographic composition of the little girl who looks as though she is thinking deeply about something going on around her, great lighting, and dof, although just a thought, I wouldn't have cropped off her arm and sleeve on the right hand side, that is just my opinion.

Good picture, nice model and good position. Black and white convertion looks beautiful, the photo is sharpen and deep of f field is good. I like the composition.
