Ooh! ! almost missed this one, Cherie. A very sophisticated abstract with a rich palette and an attractive choice of colours. Just enough contrasting blues to spice up the warm action here, and your dark, carpet textured mat sets the abstract out well!

Cherie, I really have a warm place in my heart for this mosaic (and abstraction), and--to echo Josef's thoughts--it is quite humorous and decidedly good-natured, though I find it difficult to explain why this is so. Certainly the palette is gorgeous, and the design as well is unexpectedly complex, deliciously complex, which means, of course, that you've evolved and developed beautifully in terms of your style! There's something hypnotic, even mesmerizing, about this pattern, and I love the hot color scheme and the quiltlike feeling to this piece. This one's a winner, my friend! Brava, Cherie! -Terri

Thank you Terri for enjoying this mosaic abstract, that has an upbeat feel to it, so it is good natured....glad you like the colors, I made several products with it on the store I have in zazzle(zazzle.com/frenchmajickwmn), with hopes......so I hope it will be a winner!
Best Regards,
Cherie

Filters may be used a lot of ways and combinations. I'm not sure what U've done here, but i guess some sort of 3D and twirl as well. Not your bes this one, but U have a lot of acknowledge about how to work with the filters to make especially decorations. 2 TU. Roar

Much abstraction too hilarious, I like warm colors and the face, that is about it I conceived over the whole surface, but that's just my impression.

Cherie,The brilliance of the colors you chose for the center of this piece are super especially as they are placed on the dark textural background. The design motif is very similar to early quilts brought to the modern designed ones. The twirling effect brings a lot of dynamic quality to the image. The faint little pieces of faded colors coming off the twirl really enchances this feeling for me.Tom

Thank you Thomas for enjoying this abstract, the border was an experiment as it was a filter I hadn't used before, indeed it does look like this historical quilts that our grandmothers sat and made.
Best Regards,
Cherie

Tis ok, it just puzzles me that we can't give out the critiques without being penalized.....*sigh*....

MM, Cherie!
I really like this one.
The texture on the frame and the overall colors and pattern make a very professional picture. The detail is clear and crisp.
Great one!
